Adorable, completely renovated mobile home with a warm cottage feel located on a beautifully wooded and serene parcel. Giving it a feel of a secluded cabin, yet just a hop, skip, and jump from many amenities! Just 20min from both Delaware Turf and Sports at the Beach. Also a great location for visiting our beautiful Delaware Beaches and State Parks without the huge price tag!! Also great place for traveling nurses! You'll love the charming feel of the fresh air and country living. This lovely home offers 2 bedrooms ( 1queen bed, and1 double). Extra sleeping accommodations in the living room , an extra single air mattress, and a pack and play are available as well. Fully stocked kitchen, complete with a coffee bar, central heat/air, washer & dryer, wifi, nice wooded yard which is great for kids to play, and a spacious screened in porch! All the luxuries of home are at your fingertips!

This place is great value. Clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, laundry on site, good shower and comfortable beds and living area. Easy to find and get in and out of. Highly recommend if you aren't too concerned with extra bells and whistles. This place has everything you actually need, plus home-baked cookies when you arrive. I'd take that any day.

Our host was responsive and welcoming. Homemade oatmeal cookies upon arrival which after a long drive with no stop to eat was so appreciated! Very comfy home and the seasonal decor added such a sweet and charming touch. We will visit again as we have a new grandbaby close by! Chris and Anthony SC
