About this apartment rental
Shore Beats Work II in Lewes, DE offers the best of both worlds. Chaz and I fell in love with the area and became owners in August 2022. Our first floor 1313 sq. ft. condo offers a stunning view of Love Creek from every room. Whether you’re sipping your morning beverage or enjoying a libation on the balcony, you’ll never be disappointed. We love bird watching and often spot egrets and herons.
SBW II is a brand new build hosting 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, seating area, and wall mounted tv. Master bath ensuite has a 90 inch granite vanity, toilet, and walk in shower. The next bedroom hosts a queen bed and is directly across from the guest bath. A full tub/shower combo makes bathing children a breeze.
We have a fully equipped kitchen that makes preparing and serving super easy with an expansive granite island with 4 full back chairs. There’s a console table under the tv that opens to accommodate seating for 8,
with 4 additional counter height stools.
Our living room sports a 75 inch wall mounted smart Samsung television equipped with WiFi, Samsung Live, and Paramount for your viewing pleasure. Each room has balcony access affording privacy to each Guest.
We have a designated, numbered “3104” parking space close to the front entrance and we’re right across from our community pool with pool house, showers and bathrooms. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, and crabbing from the dock, or simply stroll the boardwalk, just steps away from our building. We’re a gated community and close to dining, Tangier tax free outlets/shopping, and Rehoboth Beach is a short 5.5 mile drive. Year round DART bus stop is at the community entrance if you prefer not to drive/ park your car. No pets, per HOA rules. No smoking or vaping. Minimum 7 night stay is required per HOA.
Come explore Lewes! The First town in the First State that ratified the Constitution. Every season is an opportunity for adventure, fun, and new discoveries! Explore Cape Henlopen State Park, the Junction and Breakwater Trail, Fort Miles Historic Area, Nassau Valley Vineyards, and the historic Lewes Farmers Market (in season). Enjoy fresh ice cream at Hopkins Farm Creamery and love on some BBQ ribs and chicken at Smokin D'z BBQ! Take a day trip on the Cape May Lewes Ferry and you can even rent an E-bike at the ferry terminal if your a walk on passenger on the ferry.
And for our animal lovers, don't miss Barn Hill Preserve in Frankford, DE. It's a hands-on zoological park with red kangaroos, otters, and two toed sloths and it's only a short 40-minute drive. Come and stay awhile and discover Sussex County.

Beautiful condos in the Lewes/Love Creek area, peaceful & quiet. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated, I highly recommend this rental.

We were thrilled with our stay here !! This condo is beautifully furnished & appointed, meticulously clean, nice quiet building & safe. It was centrally located to the outings we had planned on our vacation to Delaware, New Jersey & Maryland. Tracy goes above & beyond in welcoming you & being available should you have questions or concerns. This listing is truly top knotch & Tracy is a gem. Book it, you won’t be disappointed !!

This place was perfect for us. It was so clean, had everything we needed and the location was great. Communication was good and it was nice to get a text from the owner asking if everything was ok and if we were having a good time. All linens are provided which was so helpful!! Check in was easy. People are nice there. Pool area was great. You have to drive to places but that’s the beauty of it. You get to see a lot and it is literally 10-15 minutes tops to everything. We will be staying here again if we visit Lewes!! Thank you for a great stay, Tracy!

Shore Beats Work was truly remarkable! The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable with a wonderful view my wife and I took advantage of having our morning coffee on the patio. Tracy was truly a blessing to work with. She checked in with us throughout to make sure our vacation was what we expected and treated us like family. I would highly recommend!!!We will surely be returning to Shore Beats Work for another wonderful experience. Tracy and Chaz thank you for all you have made possible for our week in Delaware.
