A plush sectional, fireplace, and three smart TVs set the stage for comfortable home gatherings after the day's adventures. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Prepaid Boulder Lake Club passes for up to six renters are included with your stay. To make use of the passes, tell the front desk the location of this vacation rental. Doing so will give you access to the pool, beach, and lake. The Big Boulder Lake Club is a short walk or drive from the condo. Your rental includes six (6) pre-paid passes for the club.Additional Passes can be paid for at the lake club at a cost of $25.00 per person per day.
-The Big Boulder Lake clubs address is 127 Lake Harmony Road, Lake Harmony, PA 18624. The address of the club will also be included in your confirmation email.
-Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. All went great. Upon checking in, entering there was a beeping sound. One of the smoke alarms needed a new battery, sorry could not find extra batteries. No concern, there were plenty of other smoke alarms. Locking door upon leaving was a little confusing, but we figured it out. Totally enjoyed the stay and would stay again if the opportunity comes around.

This property was very well equipped and very comfortable. It was just a few steps from the water with a beautiful view. I would definitely return if I was in the area.

The view was absolutely tremendous. The home was clean, well-equipped and the description was very accurate. We loved staying on the floor level because it gave us quick and easy access outside to enjoy the view. We drank our morning coffee outside while watching the serenity of Big Boulder Lake. 10 out of 10. Loved this stay.
