All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax), on the raised ground floor (basement inaccessible and uninhabited), accessible via an external staircase of 13 steps.
On the same level: fitted kitchen. Living room (TV) and veranda. Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140x190 cm). Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed (90x190 cm). Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed (160x200 cm). Shower room with large shower and seat, sink. Separate WC.
Outside: partially enclosed garden area (enclosed on the road side, but the back of the garden opens onto an open area). Garden furniture and sheltered lounge area. Parking: possibility to park 1 or 2 cars inside + free parking spaces in front of the house on the street. Garden shed available for storing bicycles or fishing equipment.
