This 140m2 Balinese style villa is in the heart of a lush tropical garden with private swimming pool (4x9). Its dimensions are doubled by a pretty terrace with an outdoor lounge, a dining area and comfortable deckchairs. Located in the town of Sainte-Anne, it is a 3-minute drive from Bois Jolan beach and the beach in the village of Sainte Anne. It is available for 8 people.
An elegant parquet floor, in solid wood, leads into all rooms.
The villa has 3 bedrooms all air conditioned including a master bedroom with a King Size bed and its private bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen open to the terrace.
The adjacent 30m2 bungalow has a King Size bed and a walk-in shower.
The bedrooms are closed by bay windows lined with sliding shutters.
An ingenious roof opening system ensures generous ventilation of the villa.
The villa's central point, the outdoor terrace with swimming pool, has a large table and a relaxation area sheltered by a tall frame adjoining that of the living room.
The deep-oxygen swimming pool is shaded by two splendid royal palm trees, which call for relaxation.

The property is as good as the pictures make it look. Everything opens up on to the beautiful deck where there is a table for eating that seats 8 and lots of relaxing space. We loved our dinners and evenings there. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers and the spaces were more then comfortable for all of us. The pool is kept immaculately clean -- the cleaner came while we were there. It is perfect for a leisurely swim. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we also used the propane grill. We loved being close to the beaches and markets in St. Anne. We explored most of Grande Terre as well as a day exploration of Basse Terre. It was a perfect location. We liked that St. Anne has the feeling of the local culture, where locals and tourists mixed easily. The caretaker, Clement, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He met us on arrival, answered several questions during our week, and helped arrange a car to drive us to the airport. This was above and beyond expectations for a VRBO rental. Thank you for a wonderful Guadeloupe adventure. We look forward to coming back!

We loved the Villa. The pool. The open air rooms and hammock and couches. The kids loved the pool. We were able to make meals at home in the kitchen and eat outdoors every night. The villa is close to a nice town where we shopped and hit the beach. We would stay again in a minute!
