About this villa rental
Located on a family property (4 houses) of one hectare by the sea, this authentic Creole house (terraced) will accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.
Like us, you can find peace and comfort there. The ground floor is composed of 3 bedrooms (including a sea view), all with their showers and w. c personal, as well as an entrance equipped with a BZ style sofa.
All hotel quality bedding has been changed recently.
Upstairs, you will enjoy another bedroom with sea view, shower, w. c., kitchen, interior living room, and a terrace with its living room and dining room.
You will appreciate being on our private family beach, while having the possibility of connecting to the internet, or the must: enjoy the exceptional sea view comfortably lying in the hammock while sipping your favorite planter.
Of course, you can park your car in the private car park.
The 'virtual swimming pool' is available to you, less than 40 meters from your terrace: of course, it is the lagoon with its fine sand (even much more beautiful and much more pleasant than a swimming pool).
You will take advantage of a ballad of a few minutes to taste in the village of Sainte Anne succulent blood sausages, Accra, and coconut sorbet ....
A few kilometers away you can rent boats and moor on the private buoy of your rental.
For the more athletic confirmed or beginners, a kitesurf school at 500m and others stretch out their arms to you.
In November 2016, as so often, our customers or the chance to witness the birth of several dozen turtles.

Indeed, recently we have carried out major work of embellishment and modification of furniture, and we have not had time to take photos by a professional before the arrival of our customers.

TThe location of the house is best on the island. The house is clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the check-in, didn't get any information on how we would get the key before our arrival, and no one waited for us. I tried to call the owner and went immediately to voicemail, didn't get an answer for the app text. The neighbors had to call them on a different phone number. After this obstacle, we had a great experience. We had an issue with two toilets; one didn't work almost the whole week, and the other made a terrible noise that was disturbing at night, but we were in paradise, so who cared about those.

What a location! The house itself is fine, the layout worked really well for our group which consisted of my wife and I, our two boys age 8 and 10 and my in-laws. The bedrooms were very dark which was great for sleeping! The AC units in the bedrooms worked extremely well too. The real magic of this place however is the front yard. It's a huge sandy area with palm trees and a mostly private beach. The snorkeling right at the house was the best we found on the island, we spent a ton of time in the water there! The house is an easy drive to St. Anne downtown where you can find restaurants, shopping and a nice public beach.

Lovely property in a great location with a sandy beach. Everything you need is provided, and was all explained to us on arrival.
Would be difficult to find, the first time, in the dark. Luckily it was light when we arrived.
Would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay here so much. The host, Jean-Claude, and the lovely Leo were so friendly and accommodating. The beach is secluded enough to feel as though you’re on your own private island. Easy to get to St. Anne and main grocery store is a 4 minute drive. We will absolutely be back.
