About this house rental

Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home is a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home has games, beach toys and beach towels that are available for guests. There is a gas grill in the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. We hope to host you soon.

The house was clean and well appointed with everything one would need. Smelled like mold and found the source to be the washer and kitchen sink. Could easily be taken care of with a Vinager, Baking soda, hot water treatment. Google it. And a pre prepared washer cleaner and leaving the washer door open. Beach was a short walk down the street.

Perfect property…one block from beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Dishwasher didn't work. Message the host a few times and didn't get a response until after we checked out. Windows had missing or broken screens. This was important since the place doesn't have AC (as listed). Other than that, the place was great. Awesome neighborhood with so much character The beach was super close and really fun to visit.
