I am over 70 and found The rental process overwhelming for me. I will think twice of house renting again. Much easier to books hotel rooms. The location was great. Indoors the house was nice. We could not enjoy the landings no where to sit and few was not appealing (dead plants and weeds).

My wife and I spent the last 10 days in this beautiful home so we could visit our son while he was on TDY from Guam. Working with Austin was painless and he was in contact with us leading to our trip and during our trip. The house was perfect for us and if we would've cooked in the house, the kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING. If your going to be in this area, I highly suggest using this location. You won't be disappointed.
