Situated midway along the mile-long beach between La Jenelle and the Jetty, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy everything this laid-back beach community has to offer. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend by the ocean, a fun-filled family beach trip, or a comfortable home base for exploring the Ventura and Oxnard coast, this bungalow is the perfect spot.
Inside, the home features a bright, relaxed beach atmosphere with tasteful coastal décor, ceiling fans in every room, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom.
The newly renovated kitchen is fresh, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing meals. There’s a café-style dining table for four plus two additional bar stools.
Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + twin bed
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Trundle bed that sleeps two

Great location with easy access to the beach. Perfect setup for our family of 4 with 2 kids, great to have the fully stocked kitchen and the grill our back. Would definitely stay again.

The property is in a great place. It’s walking distance from the beach and the neighborhood is very calm. We even got to see some sea life on the drive there. The hosts are also kind enough to provide quite a few beach amenities. The biggest issue we had (which did influence our opinion on it a bit) was the cleanliness. The floors were sticky, the dishes were dirty and had dried up food on them. And the worst part was there were quite a few ants in the kitchen, dining, and living room area. We also only had enough toilet paper and paper towel for about 2 days (given there were 8 of us). This isn’t really a big issue but a heads up that we had to buy more would’ve been nice since we didn’t notice until we needed it.
