We are pet friendly :) We allow certain pets for a non-refundable fee of $35/night/pet to cover the additional cleaning cost (all pet cats must be declawed, no dogs over 40lbs, etc). Pet owners must agree to our pet policy (please see below) and include the pet in the reservation prior to arriving to secure their pet's reservation. If the pet is included in the reservation, the pet fee will be automatically applied.

-Clean up after them
-Keep them leashed anytime they're walking outside
-You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused

Wonderful place and location. It was comfortable and easily walkable to shops and nightlife.

Very comfortable and well-located. Street parking was easy (Parking on the property costs extra, disclosed once you get to house.) Property was clean, but it felt slightly stuffy upon entering, maybe due to pollen season. Suggest giving curtains & upholstery a good Hepa filtered vacuum and check HVAC filters. (Wished there were a dish towel, a box of Kleenex, and regular coffee pods.)

This property has a great location and is very aesthetically pleasing. We made sure the listing stated the property does not allow pets before booking as my husband has a severe cat allergy. When we went to bed, we noticed cat hair on the cushions of the pull-out. Within an hour of laying down, my husband was hit with an allergic reaction to the cat hair. The property owner confirmed a cat had been allowed on property just a few guests prior, and that pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Owner was polite, and ensured the property listing would be changed to reflect the possibility of pets - which is great for future guests, but didn’t really do anything to help our particular situation. It would have been nice if a partial refund had been offered, given the circumstances.
Overall, the unit is beautiful and easily accessible, but our experience was heavily affected in a negative manner due to a misleading property description.
