Midtown is a busy commercial area and a vibrant arts hub. The High Museum of Art shows world-renowned works in a striking modern building. Peachtree Street is a hotspot for comedy, bars, and big-name shops, with eating options ranging from street food to fine dining.

Common area amenities, including the gym, sauna, lounges, and other shared spaces, are available for guest use and enjoyment; guests use these areas at their own risk and are asked to follow all posted property rules and safety guidelines.
The Neighborhood:
The location is within Atlanta downtown which means there are a lot of good places to eat and wander. FOX Theatre is 400 meters away. Even churches and hospitals are just a few blocks away. There are a lot of recreational activities you can consider doing around the area which will make your entire stay more fun and memorable. Fox Theatre is just a 5-minute walk away, High Museum of Art is a 15-min drive from the apartment, and a lot more.

Important: The building uses a mobile-based electronic access system. Guests must have a phone with an active internet connection to enter the property.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5-day stay. Restrictions apply.
Parking is available onsite which cost $20 per day per car and reservation is needed.
We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It may be possible that the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartments are the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are accepting of the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment to which they are allotted, and they will not stake any claim for the mismatch of the photos.
Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints.
"We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after guest's departure.
A refundable security deposit of up to $500 might be asked upon booking. The property host will contact you directly.
Please do not go to the leasing office, instead, directly call the customer hotline number for any concerns.
Payment Schedule:
Payment Schedule: We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 14 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 14 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.
A 3.5% Card Fee will be collected however other payment options are available to avoid this fee - please contact host directly.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS: If you pay via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App we will give you a discount.

• Admin Fee: 18% of the rent
• Service fee: 3.5% of the total

We loved our apartment managed by Pelican inMidtown Atlanta. Convenient, clean, nicely appointed. Their communication was super prompt and helpful when we made a parking request on short notice. Thanks for a great stax!

Location was great. Close to Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, The Varsity, Emory Hospital and the Fox Theatre. The building was secure. I appreciated the ease of digital access and reserve parking. The apartment was clean but in need of a refresh. The paint, furnishings, bedding, and lighting are worn and show signs of aging. Musty smelling. Purchased air fresheners but didn't eliminate the smell. Information/Instruction booklet lacked a few details. How to work the TV would have been nice for us who are technically challenged. Recommendations for nearby restaurants would have been appreciated. Communication with the host company was good. Details in the emails were confusing at times, but they were always professional, responsive, and courteous. Check out time was 10:00 AM prompt and we felt a little rushed. Would have preferred an 11:00 AM check out but we didn't bother to ask. This particular apartment did not live up to the host company's motto of "providing high quality furnished apartments". High quality being the missing factor.
