We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.
* No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees.
* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

The home is right by everything that’s fun in the city and walking distance to everything Midtown has to offer. You'll find shopping, dining, and numerous other sites as Piedmont Park, the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum, the High Museum of Art, the Center for Puppetry Arts, The Fabulous Fox Theatre, The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Ponce City Market, and much more, which can be relevant depending on what you are filming in the house. One of Atlanta's star attractions, Piedmont Park is Atlanta's largest and most historic greenspace, and is only a few steps away. Try award winning restaurants such as Empire State South, South City Kitchen, The Vortex (for amazing burgers!), Fadó, Ra Sushi, Princi Italia, Cafe Intermezzo, and so many more than we could list here... all within walking distance. For coffee, you'll find Caribou Coffee, Dancing Goats Coffee, and three (yes, three!) Starbucks within a ten-minute walking radius. Midtown is a very culturally diverse neighborhood, hosting one of the largest Gay Pride events in the country each October. The decor of this home is so cool! The location is on a nice street but sandwiched between less nice areas. There was plenty of room, the amenities were ample, and communication was super easy. Even a little over necessary. Parking definitely requires an economy size car or street parking would be necessary. Loved that they used a key code that was personal to me, which made it very easy to remember.

The property had everything we needed. It was very clean and we had no problems at all.

The listing looks promising with interesting interior and a great location. Working with a management company has its pros and cons: immediately, check in was clear and concise with expectations aligned clearly. Had zero issues leading up to arrival.
Upon arriving we immediately noticed the property was quite warn and the photos were obviously taken years ago when it was first updated. The bathrooms had scum and residue with some water damage in places. Floors and furniture were worn down.
Additionally, there were not enough cups or mugs available (2 couples for the stay). We reached out and received more about 24 hours later. Also upon arriving we noticed the washer dryer were not plugged in, and couldn't move them to get to the outlets. This was also taken care of after about 24 hours of reaching out.
Finally, while sitting in the dining room we watched a large mouse or rat scurry accross the kitchen and into the cupboard. Very disconcerting, but couldn't find any droppings. We did let management know, but there wasn't much to be done at that point.
All in all, it wasn't terrible but I definitely would not return.
