4. Registered Guests Only: The property accommodates up to 13 guests. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Children must be included in the reservation count. Bedrooms are opened based on the number of registered guests. Occupancy may be verified via entrance security camera. Violations will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $250 fine applies for any violations.
6. Strict No Party Policy: No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 fine.
7. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud talking or gatherings in common areas after this time. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
8. Zero Tolerance for Police Visits: Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. Special Activities: Filming, professional photography, events, or music recording require prior written consent from the Host and may incur additional location fees.

Seven of us went up to see the Hurricanes play the Bruins. We had an awesome time. The property was WELL maintained and VERY clean. The host was SUPER responsive and the check in/check out was really easy. They even provided some nice "extras" to make it even better. My only feedback (not a complaint) is that it is a 20-30 (traffic depending) minute UBER/ride to the "sites" such as Quincy Market, Harborside, North End or TD Garden. I say this is not a complaint because we knew this going in and were prepared to deal with it. Other than the travel times (which is out of the hosts control), this is a great option for larger groups. We also went on the weekend where there was a half marathon so traffic may have been elevated. We had 7 single, adults and we each had our own bed and plenty of space. I highly recommend booking here!

My kids loved all the bunk beds. Very clean, very bright. I appreciated the quickness the host replied when I had questions. Beds were comfy. I will say - the king bed room got super bright in the morning. Bring an eye mask if that bothers you. downside was the location and how busy Boston is - everywhere took at least 30 minutes to get to. But otherwise, great place to stay.
