About this villa rental

On the road to Mont Ventoux, semi-detached villa adjoining another rental, air-conditioned, with its private saltwater swimming pool, pool shelter and landscaped beach;

Located 500m from all shops and the village centre, in a quiet and pleasant environment. All amenities are within walking distance.

Dominant position overlooking the village. Fully fenced property, secure swimming pools; parking and garage.

The starting point for cycling up Mont Ventoux is 100m away, and numerous hiking trails also start from the house. The Ventoux spa is also 100m away.

Clévacances 3-key label. Wifi.

Pool and garden maintenance by the owner.
Optional extras payable on site: beds made (€10/bed) and final cleaning (€60). A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival and will be returned after the check-out inspection.
Near Vaison la Romaine, Orange, Carpentras and Avignon.
