Private and quiet 4 year old brick home surrounded by woods on 12 acres with its own hiking trail. Just 1/2 mile from Wood Creek Lake boat dock. Six miles from London restaurants and shopping. Washer & Dryer included. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, walk out basement, wrap around porches, camp fire pit. Lots of wildlife, deer, squirrels, birds. Great fishing in the lake just minutes away. (previous State record largemouth bass). Minutes from I-75, Lake Cumberland, Laurel Lake, Rockcastle River, and more. 11 miles to Wildcat off-road ATV Park. Very peaceful with no close neighbors. Walk or drive to Wood Creek Lake. Hike through the woods past the mountain laurel and rhododendron to the rock cliffs. Beautiful view of woods from extra large windows. Security cameras are on the exterior of the house. Free high speed internet wifi 300mbps.

Very nice and well kept house that's very close to a nice small lake and boat ramp. I'll definitely be looking into booking this place again if I'm in the area with my family again in the near future.
