Enjoy this 4500 sq ft Log Home w/wrap around covered porch on 17 flat wooded acres. 12 beds-2 Kings, 4 Queens, 5 twins, & 1 toddler bed. Three first floor bedrooms-a King with an attached full bath, another first floor King bedroom & a Queen bedroom share another full bath. Extremely large additional bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, several twin beds, & toddler bed with a moveable privacy screen. An additional full bath upstairs. Open kitchen, living room, & sunroom for entertaining. Perfect for large families, Xmas parties, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, and groups of couples. Has Pickleball, adjustable height basketball hoop, kids playset, 3 car garage, & parking for up to 12 vehicles, boats, campers, or trailers. 3 sofas w/6 total recliners. Commercial size freezer, refrigerator, gas stove, propane grill, and most kitchen accessories needed for entertaining. Dining room table seats 8 and 4 seats at kitchen island. Banquet table and extra seats available if requested in advance. Work from office w/high speed internet & cell service. Walking/ATV/horse trail. Lake Reba Park & Richmond 5-10 min away. Peaceful seclusion. Cornhole, foosball, volleyball, and mini ping pong/pool tables. Short walk to the pond. Plenty of room for ATV, boat, or camper parking if hitting the nearby ATV trails or lakes. Over 20 different species of trees to identify leaves with the kids-leaf ID book provided, Lincoln logs, and other games. Upstairs recliner and two TVs upstairs for kids to watch movies or play video games (game system not provided). Cuddle by the fire or porch bed swing with your loved ones or relax on the porch in rocking chairs. Receive a massage from your loved ones on the massage table or the massage chair in the bedroom or outside on the porch. Eat outside with the wildlife at your private oasis. Entire house and 17 acres all yours to enjoy-don't have to share with others. Self check in/out with electronic keypad lock. ATV parks/trails, Daniel Boone Forest, Natural Bridge State Park, Red River Gorge, and Lexington within one hour. Ark Encounter 75 min away & Creation Museum a little further. Guidebook can be emailed prior to your stay and a copy will be provided in the family room. Please message host with a booking inquiry if you would like to stay within the next 60 days, you have a large group and are unable to stay for three or more nights. Additional fees could apply for large # of guests/pets. There are outside security cameras that record at times. Guest making reservation may have to provide government photo ID to host if requested.

The house was beautiful with tons of things for the kids to do!! Also the adults had fun playing the games at the large dinning room table! Lots of space and beds for everyone! We loved the pond too!!The only thing we struggled with was finding the driveway. It was hard to see the address on the mailbox and it's really dark at night.

We are a group of 6 ladies who met in bible study and have bonded through the years. This was our 12th year for our annual girls' trip, and Vicki's house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room, the kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and everyone enjoyed the solitude. A few of the ladies enjoyed taking daily walks and exploring the property. Vicki was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had as well. I would definitely recommend staying here...you won't be sorry!
