Casa Mir is a spectacular newly renovated luxury villa, located in the exclusive area of El Vilar, in Puerto de Pollensa. A unique property that combines contemporary design, spaciousness, privacy and impressive views over Pollensa Bay and the mountains.
The villa has been carefully renovated to offer an exceptional accommodation experience, combining the comfort of a modern home with spaces designed to enjoy both with family and friends.

The house is distributed across different levels, creating independent and very comfortable spaces.
On the upper floor is the spectacular master bedroom, a true private retreat with an en suite bathroom. It is the most exclusive room in the house, with magnificent views and a 180 x 200 cm bed, perfect for guaranteeing maximum comfort.
On the lower floor are the other two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed of 150 x 190 cm, whilst the other has two comfortable single beds of 90 x 200 cm. In this way, the villa offers different rest options, adapting perfectly to both families and groups of friends.

The heart of the property is its impressive outdoor area. The private pool, surrounded by terraces and gardens, invites you to spend long days enjoying the Mallorca sunshine and views.
Below the pool area is one of the villa's main attractions: a private gym, ideal for those who want to maintain their exercise routine even during their holidays.
The house also features a cinema area, creating a perfect space to relax in the evening and enjoy a film after a day at the beach or pool.

We had a wonderful stay. The property location was perfect for us. The pool and balconies provided lovely areas to sit and relax. Our only improvement would be the provision of extra kitchen equipment in particular sharp knives.

Very much enjoyed our holiday. Amazing views and a great pool. A couple of small issues were easily and quickly sorted out.

Property is very tired inside and in need of some repairs, but the outside areas more than make up for this. great location between the port and old town too.
