The large freeform swimming pool takes centre stage at Villa Pinos, alongside its fabulous location. You're just a 10 minute walk from Puerto Pollensa's magnificent sandy beach and amenities of this family friendly resort. The crescent shaped bay is lined with chic restaurants and cafes, with more along the Pine Walk and lively main square. This impressive 3 bedroom villa is fresh and spacious - a real home from home! WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.
Villa Pinos is located in the area of Gotmar, Puerto Pollensa, around 10 minutes' walk from the beach and promenade. This lively seaside resort has a magnificent sandy bay lined with restaurants, cafes and shops, leading up to the marina and Pine Walk. The villa has an excellent position with everything you need within walking distance, or you can venture further afield for several alternative beaches, golf courses and family attractions within a short driving distance.
Main pool: 11.4 x 7.7 mtr, 0.4 - 2 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa air conditioning units have been fitted with Eco Sensors. Once each unit is turned on, the supply of AC/Heating is motion activated.
