Spectacular Manchester area home with stunning mountain views right off Main Street. Located at the end of a quiet dirt road, yet three minutes to the restaurants and outlet shops in downtown Manchester. Near Bromley and Stratton. The acclaimed fine dining Chanticleer restaurant is walking distance and rated one of the best in Vermont. World renowned fly fishing at the many rivers and also access to Emerald Lake. Dorset quarry swimming hole very close by. Some of the best golf courses Vermont has to offer all within a 5-10 minute drive.
Soaring ceilings in the great room, woodstove, and built-in seating alcove by the fire. A large dining room with a table for 10. A spacious kitchen with newer black appliances, and Elica Tesla induction vented cooktop. Also on the first floor is an attached 2-car garage with ski storage area, and a large mudroom with washer/dryer with EV charger. Hot tub on deck with amazing views.
Three large bedrooms and huge sleeping loft with two king pull out chairs provide sleeping accommodations for 8-14 people on first and second floors. The first floor offers a private master suite with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and master bathroom with jacuzzi soaking tub. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. The first is the second master bedroom, with a king bed and sitting area. The remaining bedroom offers two queen beds. There are 2 1/2 baths - one full on the first floor, one full bath on the second, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. A flat screen Roku tv & DVD player are located in the loft with movies.
Brand new finished lower level room adds 600 square feet of additional living space! Ten foot ceiling, four built-in queen bunk beds sleep eight extra individuals in private compartments. Also, a twin bed. Huge 75" flat screen on the wall in the sitting area with XBox. 10'x8' quad glass door to allow for lots of natural light - it does not feel like a basement!
The home is very family friendly.
A newer 7-person hot tub has been recently installed on the brand new outdoor deck, steps from the front door. It has a waterfall, 50 jets, foot massagers, and underwater led lights. It is a high-end model with very efficient insulation, enabling us to keep it at a constant 100 degrees, even in the coldest winter weather. This means that you can come back from skiing or eating out, and hop right in! No waiting 2-3 hours for a typical hot tub to heat up to the right temperature.
Other amenities include: miles of trails out the front door for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Large firepit for lazy summer evenings under the stars.

We stayed over Presidents’ Day. The house was a perfect fit for our needs. Plenty of beds, modern kitchen, hot tub, and great common area / dining space for dinner in the evenings. 10/10. Would love to stay again.

My friends and I stayed at this house for a long weekend to ski, and we absolutely loved it. The views, 9 separate beds, and hot tub made it a perfect winter vacation home. I highly recommend for larger groups looking for a great place to stay while enjoying the mountains of Vermont!

We stayed in this beautiful house for 5 nights in July for the horse show. We were 6 min drive from the Vermont Summer Festival which was ideal for those early mornings. The house was beautifully done with a full kitchen, ample common space, a cozy loft area with skylight for getting work done during the day while the girls were riding. They loved the basement queen bunk beds! The wrap around deck and the views were so peaceful. Very comfy beds as well. The owner was super responsive to our inquiries. We want to stay again next summer!

Our family and friends had a great time at the house over a holiday weekend. Great location for area ski resorts and close to Manchester. The kids loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Would come back again!
