The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 43 m² house for rent in Clohars-Carnoët, about 200 m from the beach and with a shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 70 m² enclosed garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, induction hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (150×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 70 m² enclosed and private garden
- A 17 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared unheated 10mx4m swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, from 10am to 8pm
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimperlé about 12 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest about 110 km away
