A charming condo, recently remodeled and fully furnished is available at Boca Shores Condominium in St. Pete Beach, FL.
Boca Shores is a beautiful gated community with tropical landscaping, heated pool and a great sundeck on Boca Ciega Bay. It's an short walk to the beach for sun, fun and spectacular sunsets. There are many waterfront restaurants and beach bars within walking distance.
This 2nd floor unit is a light and airy one bedroom, one bath with a balcony and a water view. It has tile and Pergo floors, a king-sized bed bed, a walk in closet and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. The apartment has central heat/air conditioning as well as large screened windows and screens on front and balcony doors to let in fresh tropical cross breezes off the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen has dishes, silverware, cookware, a cooktop, microwave, large toaster oven and a coffee maker. Utilities are included - electricity, water, cable TV, and WIFI.
All linens and towels are included.
The complex has a club house with saunas, pool table, dart board and book swap, located next to the pool. There is a gorgeous heated pool right on the waterfront on Boca Ciega Bay, lots of tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is also a lighted fishing pier.
Spend the day swimming, working on your tan or just relaxing in the best weather that Florida has to offer!
Charcoal grills are located throughout the complex for your use. There is also a brand new laundry facility just steps away from the condo.
St. Pete Beach provides easy access to many wonderful restaurants, shops and public beaches up and down the Suncoast. There are bike lanes, trails, and bike rentals nearby, as well as golf courses. Public tennis courts are located right next door.

Best place for a vacation! Carol and Patti were wonderful hosts, quick to respond if we had a question. Our place was adorable with such cute beach decor, very clean and comfortable and close to everything. A walk to the beach or enjoying sunrise on the dock were some of our favorite things. The complex is so beautiful - palm trees and plantings are well maintained. Plus everyone we met was so very friendly. We definitely will be coming back next year!
