Property is cute, nicely situated with gorgeous views. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes. While it’s nice to have the two separate suites, unfortunately, there is no inside access between them. You must go outside and around to enter either. Thoughtful touches such as candles, binoculars, blankets for the outside seating. Might want to consider a lantern or some form of battery powered lighting for power outages (which did occur while we were there). Wifi didn’t work and we spent some time trying to get it up and running. In the end, we wound up being given the code for the wifi at the big house, which was spotty at best. Also, in the Owl’s Nest, the second bedroom has a loft containing the hot water tank and some other unit. A click-clunk noise is emitted from some part of this system intermittently, which is barely noticeable in the day, but definitely disruptive in the night. And somehow it continued, even with the power outage!Work is being done to clear the area of invasive broom plant, which was a bit disruptive our first two days. However, it made it easier for us to see the rabbit, raccoon, and two black bears that wandered across the property. Lots of wildlife and bird viewing! All in all, we had a good stay and a relaxing ladies’ weekend!

The views were amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The two suits are not connected however you have to go outside and around the building to get to one of the bedrooms which is fine. Some issues with the wifi but that was eventually resolved with the host. Appeared to be pet friendly and the kitchen was well equipped although some of the dishes could have been cleaner
