Huge rooms with the most comfortable bed! Loved the fireplace and the balcony overlooking the golf course—it was cold in December, but if we stay in the summer, it would be perfect out there. Room was clean and nicely decorated—felt like a nice apartment.

The location is excellent really close to the main attractions we were there to visit family in Langford, so this location was perfect.
Everything was really good. I cannot think any particular aspect because we were greatly satisfied with the facilities and amenities in the hotel. The staff was very helpful,corteous and friendly

The rooms were a very good size & the bathroom was spacious too. Nice big bath & separate shower.
Complimentary coffee available, but I only knew this by reading other reviews. We were not advised by the staff
The reception staff were totally disinterested, looked bored the whole time, didn’t interact with guests.
The maid service was appalling!!!
Came back to find the beds not maid properly, covers had just been pulled across rumpled sheets. No surfaces had been wiped down, in the bathroom or the kitchen area, crumbs had been left on the floor. No replenishing of toilet paper, had to ask for it as we ran out!!
All surfaces were covered in dust & paper bags left from previous guests stuffed in the kitchen area.
The room had obviously not been cleaned in between guests.
When we called to complain, we were just told sorry!! Customer service is obviously not a priory here. Will definitely not return!
