🔸Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a large family room w/ breathtaking waterfront views and tons of natural light. Relax on the luxury furniture, cozy up by the gas fireplace, watch the big game on our 65" smart TV, or just sit in peace looking out the floor to ceiling windows
🔹In the fully stocked and updated kitchen/dining area, you'll find breakfast bar seating with 3 barstools, quartz countertops, and a large formal dining room table steps away that comfortably sits 8. This is the perfect area for groups or families to enjoy a meal or play a board game. Also, there's a high chair and pack n play for the littles.
🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, you can step outside into the 3 season porch outside to the patio overlooking the yard and water. In the porch is a comfortable furniture set, smart TV, ceiling fan, and game table set, and outside is a large conversational sectional. This is an incredibly peaceful spot to hang out. If you're anything like I think you'll be, you won't want to leave this spot.
🔹Walk into the yard and find a 10 seat fire pit with quality Adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Michigan waterfront. Walk a bit further and find the swing that is the prime location for sunrise coffee and calming sound of the waves.
🔸A unique part to our home is the accessibility to the sandy beach. The stairs are safe and the beach is walkable for 2 miles in each direction. Enjoy outdoor activities with the paddle boards, kayaks, beach toys, beach chairs, lounge chairs and plenty of water fun without leaving the house.
🔹Let's head back inside and to the upper level where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located. The master king suite bedroom has a 50" Smart TV, attached full bathroom with luxury bath tub, walk-in shower, large closet, and walk-out second level deck. The other 3 bedrooms on this level offer queen beds, while one of the rooms has a two bunk beds.

This property was very nice.....gorgeous backyard....lots of outdoor "toys" and areas to be active. Beds were comfortable, clean and included everything we needed. Family room was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games provided in the "game room" on the lower level. Kitchen area was adequate. Only 1 kitchen towel when we got there but host did send over extra towels which we greatly appreciated.We were disappointed in the beach area and used it very little because it was dirty (should have been raked for debris). Garage floor was very dirty (should have been blown out or swept). We did not know about the lake flies that covered the door, screens, handles at dusk. And many got inside the house/ceiling. We have stayed on Lake Michigan for the past 7 years (on the Michigan side) but decided we would try the Wisconsin side since many of us are from Wisconsin. Our grandchildren love the waves of Lake Michigan and we normally spend many hours/day at the beach. This year was different because of the debris in the water, etc. We will probably consider going back to the beach on the Michigan side in the future. Thank you for the accomodations.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Newton. The home, location, and lake views were all as promised. We loved the proximity to Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Two Rivers. We look forward to coming back and vacationing here again.
