Gulf Crest #7 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1185 sqft. townhome that is only a short stroll to the glistening water and white sands of Miramar Beach. With a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twin size bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely home sleeps 7 guests comfortably. (Cable TV is currently only available in the living room.) There's plenty of room for your group to relax on the outdoor covered patio, or take a dip in the amazing community pool. This home is sure to give you the perfect experience!
Closest beach access can be found at Pompano Joeâs or at The Whaleâs Tail. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches. Load up on activities or do nothing at all, you'll surely enjoy your time at Gulf Crest #7!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

A public beach, not too crowded, is 1.5 blocks away! There were jets and helicopters flying over the beach constantly during the day, which our toddler loved. Close to coffee shop and restaurants. We used the kitchen and the little grill on the patio. Also, the pool was refreshing after we all got sunburned.

The property was in decent shape. The beds were substantially lower quality than expected, even in the master. The springs were poking through on the couch bed as well as the linens being stained from previous renters. The lawn plastic lawn chairs on the porch were broken and unusable, the dryer took several hours to dry small loads, the dishwasher had a mind of its own. The ac worked well tho, which was a plus. Response from the property manager was quick and painless, Other than having to for the access code. Felt as If they feared I would check in early. The layout of the second bedroom was very inconvenient. Had too much useless furniture. Would be better with bunk beds instead of the desk.

Informed them of cockroaches and they responded with minor issues. No TP holder in hall bathroom and terrible smell in living room furniture. My family and I have never had a negative issue so I was surprised with the attitude of this Realty company. I informed of all issues at beginning of vacation and left today with no resolve. I should've taken reviews on property more seriously. Lesson Learned.
