Gulf Crest #3 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome that is only a short walk to the crystal-clear water and white sands of Miramar Beach. The townhouse comes equipped with high speed internet/Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a has a flat screen tv with cable. The guest room has a twin over full bunkbed and has a flat screen tv with cable. The newly remodeled living room has a sleeper sofa. This beautiful townhome is a perfect place to vacation with your family and friends and sleeps up to 6. This spacious unit has has a beautiful sunroom with a dining room table for four. The community pool is only steps away and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. This townhome is sure to give you the perfect vacation experience!

Gulf Crest Townhomes are convenient to both the beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible restaurants, shopping and a play park with children’s activities. The location was perfect. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. small residence. We had the pool to ourselves. With a party of four would stay here again.

The location was perfect, a very short walk to the beach and nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The house had a relaxed beach vibe and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great bonus and added to the fun for our whole family. Communication with Kelly was seamless; she was responsive and helpful whenever we needed to touch base. It was the perfect family getaway, we had a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fantastic beach stay!
