All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Security cameras are installed on the front and back of the unit. One faces the parking lot, and one faces the back patio.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is directly across from the pool. We were given two parking spots with the condo and it had plenty of lighting. The beds were comfortable, and I even took a nap on the couch in the living room it was so comfortable. It also folds out into a bed. Wifi worked smoothly and you can log into your own Netflix, Prime, etc. channels but it also had local channels to watch. It's only a few blocks up from the beach you could easily walk it if you wanted. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and appliances you need to cook for yourself and save money from going out. We had such a wonderful time and hope to stay again!

Visited for spring break and this was the perfect place. So close to the beach, so close to shops, and we had a great time deezing. I would totally stay here again!
