Spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 2nd floor condo. Sleeps 6. Large balcony w/seating. Close to Pool/Clubhouse. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove & SeaWorld. Upgraded with new flooring, furniture & decor. Free resort amenities & free self-parking for several cars.
A cozy seating area and 60' Smart TV and a handy desk by the window. An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area with comfortable seating. Enjoy breakfast al-fresco or a cool drink in the evening on the shaded patio. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!
BED & BATH
This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 max. The master suite has a king bed and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest wing has a queen room and a further room with 2 twin beds, TV plus a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have overhead fans and TVs.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. The property was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of places to sleep. It was immaculate and the check in was so easy! Our only problem was with the WiFi. Several of us had to work remotely and had trouble connecting to WiFi. The property manager was very responsive and we were able to fix the problem. We will definitely be back!
