Spacious, quiet and calm - just what you need after a long day at the parks or convention - with a cozy seating area and 60" Smart TV plus a handy desk in a quiet corner. An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area with comfortable seating. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink while watching the sunset or the seasonal fireworks from The Ritz Carlton Hotel or SeaWorld across the lake.

This lovely home offers 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 adults/ up to 8 including small children. The master suite has a king bed with luxury pillow-top mattress, 42” TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest wing has a queen room plus a further room with 2 double beds, both with flat screen TVs and ceiling fans and share a full family bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. There was seven of us that stayed for two nights so we could spend all day at Aquatica. This condo was only 7 minutes from the water park. Plus there is various dining and a grocery store 5 minutes away. The condo was very clean and worked great for our family.

We were down for a travel club volleyball tournament. This condo was SO much better than any of the local hotels for the 4 of us. Close to the convention center and everything, tons of amenities, and the condo was very nice/modern/clean/way more cost effective than two hotel rooms for 3 nights. Heated pools, awesome basketball court the kids loved. I’m sure we’ll be back, thank you!
