About this apartment rental
Spacious 2100sf 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 3rd floor corner condo. Sleeps 8. Large balcony w/beautiful lakeview & seating. Close to Pool/Clubhouse. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld. Upgraded with new flooring, furniture & decor. Free resort amenities & free self-parking for several cars.
This lovely 3rd floor overlooks Lake Cay with sunrise, sunset and SeaWorld fireworks. Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and 65" Smart TV. The kitchen has granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner. Just off the kitchen the cozy den has a sofa and smart TV.
BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, flat screen TVs with premium channels and overhead fans. The master bedroom features a fabulous king bed, 55" smart TV, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk-in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 doubles in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink or enjoy breakfast while watching the sunset or the season fireworks from SeaWorld across the lake. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kid's water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. The condo was large and the furniture was nice. Everything was very clean. The location was great, close to Universal Studios and with several restaurants and the Publix grocery store nearby.
The listing says there are children’s books, dinnerware and games. There were none there. That was not an issue for us, but the listing should be updated or others may want to know so they don’t plan on having something available there.
