This secure, fenced-in villa, with a floor area of 80 m², is located 300 m from the beaches and the Dune du Pilat. It’s the ideal rental for a wonderful seaside vacation with family or friends.
The large, south-facing 70 m² terrace with a summer dining area, featuring a wooden deck, opens onto the landscaped garden and is equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha so you can enjoy a sunny and relaxing vacation. Inside, the villa offers all the comforts you need:

We stayed for a week in late July early August with our 2 children 8 and 9. We absolutely loved this place in its lovely neighbourhood, just a stones throw from the beach. We bought croissants and fresh bread every morning from the wonderful patisserie at the Hotel Ha(a)itza just down the road. You are literally a 10 minute walk from the Grand Dune. The villa is beautiful, it's like you are living in the pines surrounding the property. Michèle the owner, was there to welcome us on arrival and we felt right at home. We had a lovely time here as a family and were all very sad to leave. We hope to stay here again some day.

This is beatiful house with a gorgeous garden. Very well equipped. Close to the Dune du Pyla, and to the local beaches at the entrance of the bassin. Can be recommended without hesitation.
