About this house rental
Discover this modern sun-filled 3 bedroom home on a private side street in the East End of Provincetown (the "Gallery End"). This open plan gem features 2 bedrooms and a home office with a sofa bed, all with private bathrooms and generous closet space. Each bedroom is located in a different corner of the house, providing privacy when you're not spending time together in the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully applianced, has a large island, and is thoughtfully equipped to meet your needs. The lovely dining area seats 6 but comfortably expands to 8. Outside you'll find the spacious deck and landscaped yard, perfect for lounging and entertaining. With amenities like an outdoor shower, a shed for bikes, BBQ grill, AC, WiFi, and laundry, relaxing and unwinding will be easy. There is parking for 1 car and a handy EV charger. And when you're tired of relaxing, you are minutes away from the center of town and all that it has to offer - coffee shops, galleries, gift shops, fine dining restaurants, bars, live theatre, and late night dance clubs!

Great house, perfectly located! Easily accommodated our group of friends. Clean, well appointed and nicely furnished. The Owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and were super responsive to our questions and requests. We loved having drinks on the deck overlooking the lovely yard. We'll definitely be back next summer!

Perfect home for a family vacation or can comfortably accommodate adults traveling as a group. Home is set up ideally with generous common space - both inside and outside. Each bedroom has its own well appointed private bathroom. A separate “den” area was convenient to keep in touch with work… Home is located down a quiet drive, but steps away from Commercial Street. Owners are accommodating and made themselves available throughout our stay. Definitely want to return!

We hosted a mix of family and friends for an early season getaway at the Cape. It was our first time at this property and we can't say enough good things about our stay. It is newly furnished and every surface sparkled. The sun poured in the windows as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The space is large enough to gather together and then retire for your own privacy. The kitchen is a chef's dream with lots of pots, pans and kitchen gadgets. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck, the grill was super easy to operate and the outside furniture was plentiful & comfortable! This home is quiet and restful but you are only steps away from the colorful hustle and bustle of Provincetown. We will be back for sure, certainly year after year as we claim this our new "home away from home."
