Breathtaking view of the sea; the house is just steps away from the beach. It’s also a few minutes' walk from the town center, convenient for shopping and dining (supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, cafés, boutiques). You can also rent a boat for fishing or to enjoy the view of the island from the sea—simply spectacular! Walking distance to the train station, which connects to the beautiful city of Palermo (12 km) or the historic seaside town of Cefalù (45 km). Free parking on the road.
There is a supermarket just over 100 meters away, but also other shops selling food, bread, vegetables, and fruits, as well as a fish market.
Train station: 8 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car.
Beach: about 70 meters away.

Archaeological site of Solunto and Mount Catalfano overlooking Porticello.
