Excellent townhouse in Muro.
A charming place located in the north of the island, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area and enjoy excellent views of the fields.
The town house with capacity for 6 people has two different levels: on the ground floor you will find a large living room and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to spend good holidays.
On the ground floor you will find a room with two single beds. On the first floor are the other two rooms each with a double bed.
In the house there are three bathrooms, two with shower and the other with a bathtub.
Outside you will find a swimming pool and garden furniture to enjoy your well-deserved holidays, there is also a barbecue area to enjoy delicious meals with family or friends.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties not allowed.
- NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE ACCEPTED.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

We really enjoyed the stay in Marias finca. The house was really nice and clean. The pool was great and Maria and her husband came twice to clean it. They were really friendly and we would highly recommend to book this wonderful finca in Muro.

Wir wurden schon vor Beginn der Reise von MallorcaCharme vorbereitet. Die Abwicklung der Reiseorganisation war sehr professionell und seriös.
Unsere Vermieterin Maria hatte und einen riesigen Obstkorb zur Begrüßung hingestellt und es gab gekühltes Wasser im Kühlschrank. Dafür noch mal ein großes Danke schön!
Es wartete Egon großzügiges Haus mit großem Pool und Grill auf uns. Alles war schön und sauber.
Wir konnten uns gleich in den sehr gepflegten Pool werfen und der Urlaub begann.
Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles!!
Trotz Ankündigung funktionierte das W- LAN nicht. Maria hat sich gleich gekümmert, aber der Anbieter hasst doch blöd raus geredet. Vielleicht sollte man auf solche Einschränkung hinweisen, dann kann man sich darauf einstellen. Hat dem Urlaubsglück aber nicht wirklich geschadet.
