Seawood Suite is light and airy with vaulted ceilings and spectacular ocean views from the expansive windows in every room.
The one bedroom has a king-size bed. In the living area, there is a queen-size Murphy bed. A well-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances is stocked with all the tools and amenities you might need.
At the end of a day spent exploring the local trails, beaches, and forests, relax while barbecuing on the deck. Sip your favorite beverage and enjoy the spectacular sunset, relaxing by the fire table with the sound of the waves in your ears. Star gaze from the comfortable deck or bring your lawn chairs and watch from the beach.
It's only a short stroll through a magical forest to the private beach. Bring down your morning coffee and watch magnificent Pacific gray whales pass by in the spring as they migrate to northern feeding grounds, returning again in the fall. Roaming pods of resident killer whales can also be seen offshore, as well as otters and sea lions.
Surrounded by nature and wildlife yet minutes from the local amenities and outdoor adventures of Sooke, BC, this beautiful property is a forty minute drive to BC's capital city, Victoria, and only an hour from the Victoria International Airport and Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

This was our first time to Vancouver Island and we had a hard time leaving this beautiful place. The view is absolutely breathtaking!!! If water view is number one on your list look no further, book it!!!! I loved the safe enclosed deck for our dog; she could be out there with us off lease and we knew she was secure. The sun deck is huge and I pretty much just lived out there. The indoor space is much larger than it appears in the pictures, and the bed was super comfy. I truly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen as we made all our meals at the house. The host thought of everything, and it was noticed and appreciated. LOVED the coffee choices...thank you!!! Just FYI the house is split into 3 units, so we did have a lovely family with dogs below us but don't allow this to deter you from booking this amazing place because we really never heard them, and the one time in 5 days, we saw them at the property beach and that was a bonus as the dogs had a great time swimming and playing together.If you can pull yourself away from the sun deck or private beach there are amazing trails close by to explore. Bad Dog Brewing had the best beer I have EVER had, and you can bring your pup. The evenings are magical listening to the water, smores by the fire and watching the cruise ships go by. I really could go on and on but I don't want to reveal everything that makes this property one of the top places to visit.

An amazing property right by the sea, super relaxing and spacious. We had the joy of seeing otters, deer, seals, eagles, hummingbirds, bunnies and more during our stay. The place is very well equipped, you only need to bring yourself and some food and you’ll be set. We’d love to come back as soon as we can.

The perfect spot! So cozy and with the most incredible views. Sitting on the back deck watching the otters and seals was pure joy.

Seawood delivers on location and amazingly scenic views. We found the Sooke area to be beautiful with some gem amenities. The suite was comfortable, well stocked and clean. It has access to a rocky beach that we visited daily. We saw otters and seals from the deck. We were slightly disappointed to learn upon arriving that the house is split into at least 3 suites so it felt more like an Inn. therefdeck.
