About this house rental
Superb character house with private swimming pool located on the heights of the village of Vauxrenard in the Beaujolais region. The completely independent building enjoys panoramic views over the vineyards, the Saône Valley and as far as the Alps and Mont Blanc, weather permitting. This large family home is the perfect place to spend unforgettable moments, both outdoors and in its many rooms. You're sure to love its charm, with stone walls, terracotta or parquet floors, beautiful furniture and objects, paintings, not to mention the board games, children's games and books provided by the owners. As they do not live on site, they have entrusted Joëlle with the reception. Composition of the accommodation: Raised ground floor and ground floor: large kitchen where meals can be taken with an open window and direct access to the large terrace. Toilet. 2 lounges (with stove and fireplace for decorative purposes only - not functional). First floor: 5 bedrooms (2 large master bedrooms for 2 and 3 people, 2 bedrooms for 2 people and 1 bedroom for 3 people). 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Toilets. Unenclosed garden. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers. Private heated swimming pool. Parking along the access road. The accommodation is not suitable for EVG and EVJF parties and groups.
