The house is located in the heart of Castile, in the province of Ávila, in the La Moraña region, within the municipality of Vega de Santa María. Without disturbing the neighbors, it is a two-story mansion with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 + 2), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, and a terrace with a grill.
