This bright and airy upscale Seascape oceanfront villa offers an open floor plan with new hardwood flooring, high end furnishings and modern finishes throughout. The living area offers plenty of space to unwind with friends and family, a large dining table for all your guests and a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and granite counters.
3554 Seascape comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms all with brand new flat screen TVs! The master suite offers a king bed with a private bathroom featuring an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and Bedroom 3 has two twins, both with private ensuite bathrooms.
Seascape Villas Kiawah are intimate beachfront rentals just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and only minutes to the activities of West Beach. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Overall our family had a good experience here. The view is great of the ocean and the inside space is very comfortable. We reached out to confirm if beach chairs were provided as part of the price because nothing was listed on the Vrbo site and we were surprised to learn that was not included. We did express disappointment in that every beach place we have been to, they always have a few chairs to make it easier on renters traveling long distances . Just a few others things to be aware of. 1. The air conditioning doesn’t seem to function well in the master bedroom. There is only one vent and it stayed warm the entire time we were here, despite turning the air-conditioning down to 69.2. The communication of the management company is not very good. We reached out several times, including to ask a question about getting into the gate because the instructions say you go straight to the property, but there is a security gate at the entry and our instructions did not say anything about that . There are two lines to get into the property and one was extremely long and the other required you to already have a pass. We never heard back from them regarding our question and luckily we happened to get in the right line, otherwise we would’ve been sitting for 20 minutes for nothing and then would have had to have started all over. 3. It is a first floor unit so you hear everything above.For the amount of money we are paying for the location. We expected it to be a bit more restful.
