The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. We booked this property for my wife and I, with two adult children, for a long weekend of skiing Winter Park. Highly recommend the property for a ski vacation and we will book again. We had an easy and frictionless experience in booking, check-in and accessing the property. Host was prompt and helpful in answering all our questions before and during the stay. Property was as represented. In good shape, clean, well furnished and well equipped in all respects. Plenty of room and spacious. This unit was a middle level unit, is well constructed, and we did not hear anything from tenants below or above. Safe and clean neighborhood, and streets were maintained well for snow removal. In floor heat and ability to control with separate thermostats made for comfortable experience. Heated garage was great to have for skis and gear, with ease of access. Not slope side , but easy to access the bus line to the ski resort. It is only a short half block walk to a bus stop. Location is easy access for restaurants, one within walking distance and many others drivable within 10 minutes. No downsides or negative experiences.

The place was beautiful, well-stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen and plenty of extra linens and blankets (which are hard to come by at most rentals!). Great location, easy access to the ski resort shuttles. We had a fantastic stay!

Great location and a great space. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a lot of seating in the dining room and living room. Shuttle to the slopes was convenient and simple. We will be back!
