The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Getting out of the Texas heat and hanging out with our kids was our top priority and Winter Park did not disappoint. The unit we stayed in was fantastic. Plenty of space. Quiet. The location was incredible. It was close to the resort and town. We loved everything about it. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place for families to stay.

Great location, a short walk to the mountain. The space had plenty of room for our group with two families. The kids loved the loft. Lots of windows and light, hot tub was clean, and the kitchen well stocked. A few details would prevent me from giving 5 stars; the HOA has not kept up with snow removal, to the point that water from melting snow was leaking through the roof into a bathroom, and we witnessed chunks of ice falling onto the deck which could be a safety issue. One of the bunk beds upstairs was missing 3 slats so the mattress fell through when someone climbed on it. Also none of the bedrooms have lamps on bedside tables, a simple detail that adds a lot of comfort.

Great Location with ability to walk to base of Gemini lift. Beds weren't great (noisy, tight in the rooms) and common areas were tight, even for our group of 5.
