Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Great place. Very well equipped. Very new. Convenient location. As described, it is in an active construction area, so be prepared for the noise and traffic, during the day. Would stay here again.

This place has it all. Very nicely appointed. Comfortable. Close to the Lift bus system. Garage for your car and to store your ski equipment. Really top notch place. We hope to come back!

We had a family trip out to Winter Park and this house was perfect for us. There's plenty of beds for 6 people, 3 bathrooms, a hot tub on the rooftop, and best of all, walking distance to downtown Winter Park. The shuttle is literally down the street. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
