Place was good, well situated. However the heating and cooling is a problem. Temperatures are in the negatives in January and they literately have mini splits????. Second floor area was fine however the first floor took 2 days to warm up it was freezing when we arrived. Check in is a 4pm. However, after a 10hr drive from Florida we arrived around 2pm at the location. NO ONE WAS STAYING AT THE UNIT NOR AT THE ADJACENT ONES. Yet we called vacassa to see if we can check in at least an hour early as we arrived during -10 wind chill temperatures and we were denied early checkin and had to roam around icy roads until our check in time.

Very nice. There were a couple of things that needed attention. Remote batteries need to be replaced. Kitchen drawers need to be cleaned. Because this is "off season", minor details tend to get missed. Overall condo was very nice and we had what we needed.

When we arrived initially everything looked great, but as we started opening drawers to cook we noticed mouse dropping in all the cabinets and drawers. There were other things that became apparent including dirty sheets left in the laundry basket. The other smoke detector was also on the counter in need of batteries. We connected with the chat support and they were very responsive, however no local support was provided and no one followed up. This detracted from our ability to enjoy the home.
