About this villa rental
Villa quiet, spacious and enjoying a beautiful intimacy. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will enjoy exclusively its beautiful outdoor area with its private and secure swimming pool, jacuzzi, and its location near Porto-Vecchio.
Inside you will find:
- Living / dining room (large screen TV, Wifi Internet connection) with fireplace and air conditioning.
- American equipped kitchen (2 dishwashers, American fridge, microwave, 2 coffeemakers, electric kettle, bread racks ...)
- A large terrace runs along the main room with outdoor lounge.
- 1 double bedroom (bed 160), closet and TV + 1 bathroom.
- 1 double bedroom (bed 140), cupboards and TV + 1 bathroom.
- 1 double bedroom (2 single beds that can be pushed together), cupboards and TV.
- 1 mezzanine (bed 140 + two single beds + 1 bathroom and toilet).

Outside you will find:
- Private pool with Jacuzzi 4 x 8 meters (surrounded by a large forged iron gate, security gate), heated until 15/06 and after 15/09.
- Outdoor shower + sunbeds.
- Large outdoor terrace, garden furniture.
- Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar overlooking the pool.
- Large shaded outdoor dining area with BBQ and pizza oven.
- Garden with fruit trees.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- Children swing.
- Entrance gate + parking for 2 cars or more.

- The villa is on a private property fenced and secured by a barrier and equipped with guards. Tenants exclusively enjoy the pool and outdoor areas.
- The villa encircled with stones is located in a small group of villas 5 minutes drive from the city center.
15 minutes walk from the church square, the old town, its glaciers, restaurants and shops.
A 10-minute drive to the most beautiful beaches in the area, Santa Giulia and Palombaggia.

This villa is truly lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped. We stayed for a week as a family of 5 but there was plenty of room for more. The pool was fab and we spent much time there and there is a great extra kitchen/ bar area next to the pool. We could walk into the old town of Porto Vecchio straight from the villa, which took about 10/15mins, a little uphill. The proximity to the town is a big plus as there are lots of lovely restaurants and shops. We visited a few beaches that are all within easy reach by car and beautiful. The beaches do get busy in the afternoon, and parking can be tricky but it’s worth it. We thought Corsica was a beautiful place and this villa was the perfect base to explore the South of the island.
