About this villa rental
The beautiful Villa Angela awaits you in the heart of the Grosseto hills, to allow you to spend a wonderful, relaxing and stress-free stay.
The Villa consists of :
Dependance sleeps 5, All 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned, with independent entrances and ensuite bathrooms.
The Main Building has 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a single bed and with the possibility of adding another single bed in the second double bedroom.
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is another bathroom on the ground floor.
It has 3 Floors: Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor.
In the villa there are :
A Jacuzzi (in the master bedroom of the villa)
A gym, in the basement
A Sauna, in the basement
A Games Room (Ping Pong, Table Football, Billiards) located in a separate room from the villa, also air-conditioned.
A private, outdoor swimming pool (unheated) with a depth of 3.10 M (at the poolside there is a Bar )
Various outdoor games ( Football)
Children\'s games (swings, slides and playhouses)
3 covered parking spaces for cars.
The villa is located not far from the thermal baths of Saturnia, a destination that for anyone passing through the province of Grosseto is a must. It also enjoys an excellent location for tourists who like to vary their stay:
at only 2 hours and 30 minutes distance we can reach the most famous city of art in the world : Florence, at 1 hour and a half Siena and at 1 hour and 15 minutes the capital of Italy : Rome, in a little less than an hour it is also easy to reach the famous area of Argentario.
Inside the villa, at the needs of the guest it is the caretaker who can take care of some small errands (shopping, needs and various maintenance that the house needs)
The last piece of road to reach the villa is unpaved, so we warn guests that it is not recommended to proceed with sports or low-slung cars.
In any case we kindly ask you to get in touch with the caretaker near the gravel road, so that he can help you find the villa if you have difficulties with the GPS.
Damage Deposit to be paid on site.

We were a group of two families and a total of 8 visiting the property in mid June. We drove from Florence and were hoping for something nice and spend few days. However, when we arrived at the property, the serene landscape, the plantation inside and around the premise, the topography, and the natural beauty were breathtaking. The house was very well maintained and had everything that you need to sustain for a group of 8 people with kids. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The yard, flowers and plants, the infinity pool, night lighting - everything is impeccable. But above all is the service and friendliness of the caretaker Omero that made us all feel more than home. His warmth and helpfulness will always be remembered.
This is definitely a 5 star place and I highly recommend to those who want to venture out a little further from busy metropolis like Florence or Rome.

Villa Angelina, Manciano, Italy Stayed for a week at the villa. Overall it was a good week, it’s a very rural location, and it has a fabulous swimming pool. The main floor of the house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is a little rough but not too bad. It does have air conditioning. But it wasn’t to American standards of air conditioning. However, the house is not four bedrooms as advertised. Rather it is a two bedroom house with a separate annex that has two more bedrooms and two more 3/4 bathrooms. There is also an old couple who live on the far side of this annex. They claim this couple is a caretaker for the property, but we never saw them do any caretaking. We hardly saw them at all. But it was still weird that they were there. As mentioned the location is rural, so perhaps it’s understandable, but we had a large problem with wasps around the annex and in the pool umbrellas. They tried to help us and brought wasp spray. But it was bad enough that our kids refused to sleep in the annex the last two nights we were there and slept on the living room sofas instead. There are also 5 outdoor cats roaming around and trying to get in the house. If it was an option, I’d probably give 3.5 stars. Things were very disorganized, which was partly my fault, I don’t speak Italian and I’m sure that contributed, but it would have been nice to have an instruction manual or something with the house. For example the windows and doors have built in screens that nobody told us about
