Cosy, comfortable terraced house "Nido", renovated in 2024. In the centre of Panicale, in a central position in the residential district, 10 km from the lake. Public parking 300 m. Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, shopping centre 100 m, bus stop 250 m, grass beach "Castilgion Del Lago" 14 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, thermal baths "Chianciano Terme" 30 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Piegaro 12 km, Città Della Pieve 17 km, Passignao 32 km, Cortona 33 km, Perugia 36 km, Pienza 52 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Property ref. IT5513.110.2 is situated on the same property.
