DESCRIPTION
Located in Paciano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, La Capanna dei Carri, is the starting point for visits to the most beautiful places of art and culture in central Italy, but also the ideal place to spend your holidays in complete relaxation , in a setting where nature blends with everyday comforts.
Perugia is 40 km from La Capanna dei Carri, while Chianciano Terme is 29 km from the property. The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, 49 km from the property.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, (4 beds + double sofa bed. Total 6 beds) 1 bathroom and a room with kitchenette where you can find everything you need including oven and coffee machine. Also included in the service are towels, kitchen and bed linen. A TV and free Wi-Fi are available.
The house has a private garden with table, chairs and deck chairs. The swimming pool, with a sun terrace, surrounded by a large green space and completely fenced, is open from mid May to September. The property also has a fully equipped children's play area.
The free services include barbecue, Wi-Fi, accessories for nursery (cot, changing table, playpen, high chair) on request and laundry service.

Casa bella spaziosa, ben arredata, corredata e con tutti i suoi comfort, perfetta sicuramente per famiglie e per la bella stagione, sarà per la prossima un tuffo in piscina.

We spent four days staying at AnnaMaria’s Italian cottage. We arrived extremely late (due to traffic delays) and were greeted warmly by our host and her family. There was a welcome basket filled with snacks and fresh vegetables from their garden. The cottage was very clean and accommodated our family comfortably. The shared pool was beautiful and had spectacular views of the Italian countryside. We were fortunate to have the pool to ourselves and our private garden allowed for alfresco dinners under the stars! Alicia checked in on us throughout our stay and surprised my wife with a delicious cake for her birthday! There was a bar cafe and small market in town, just a short 7 min ride away for any extra necessities. AnnaMaria and her family were kind, gracious, hospitable and bestowed a lovely parting gift upon our family. We highly recommend this location to anyone else and we will likely return during our next vacation.

Excellent stay at "La capanna dei carri" . The owners are very warmful. The place is wonderful for the children ( swimming pool and play area) and it s extremely clean. Also a nice spot to discover trasimeno area.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Ferienhaus und unserer Vermieterin Marie sie ist eine sehr freundliche Person genauso wie der Rest ihrer Familie. Wir wurden super toll empfangen und das Haus mit Grundstück waren perfekt man konnte seine Ruhe genießen und die Kinder den ganzen Tag auf den Spielplatz oder Pool toben wie sie wollten.
Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft Marie wir kommen gerne wieder.
