'L'Ulivo' is one of the four flats in a renovated old farmhouse, the Agriturismo Casa Greppo. With its 110sqm on two floors, it can comfortably accommodate a family of 6, in 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped living room and kitchen, fireplace, patio, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, woods, sunflowers, cultivated hillsides, as well as a relaxing seasonal panoramic swimming pool, a spa open all year round, a large car park and electric car charging station.
...and in a short time you can reach Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, Montefalco, Assisi, as well as Rome or Florence and much more.

The accommodation
120 square metres on two levels, two bedrooms, sleeps 6 max, two bathrooms, large porch.
Accommodation: self-catering.
General services: furnished flat, equipped with independent heating with methane boiler, air conditioning, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, furnished outdoor areas, WiFi internet.
Ground floor:
Kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer, four-burner cooker with electric oven, large stone worktop, 4/6-seater work table;
Living room with fireplace, sofa and armchairs to seat 8;
Dining area with table and chairs to seat 8 + 4;
A bathroom with small bath/shower.
First floor:
One bathroom with bath/shower;
Two bedrooms, one triple with double bed and single bed, one twin, possibility of adding 1 bed and up to two cots for children.

N.B.: the flats "L'Ulivo" and "Il Melograno" (See ID 8462322), can be made communicating with each other and rented together, thus being able to offer hospitality to a large group or two families, always guaranteeing an excellent level of privacy.
Common areas

A large 5000-square metre garden, with natural lawns, trees, a vegetable garden and an orchard, stretching all around, in continuity with the farm's crops.
From June to October, you can enjoy a beautiful, large swimming pool in a panoramic position, with sun loungers, parasols and large shading canopies, and a splendid panoramic view of valleys and small medieval villages.
Available all year round is a new SPA facility dedicated to relaxation and wellness, and reserved, by reservation only, for guests of the agriturismo, one family at a time.
The SPA is located in a building, a few metres from the flats, in a privileged and very panoramic position, and offers total privacy.
Ample parking is available, partly covered, with a dedicated charging station for electric cars.

General services and extras
The water supplied inside the houses comes from the public drinking water pipeline.
Methane gas heating, when used, will be charged extra, at a cost of € 1.40/cubic metre.
Wi-Fi: Available free of charge in all houses and outside. Ask the owners for access details.
11kW charging station for electric car, cost per consumption, € 0.60 per kWh.
Safety deposit box. Each flat is equipped with a safety deposit box, ask the owners for details of use.
If pets are present, an extra cleaning service of € 4,00/night, per pet, min. €30,00 max €70,00 is required.
Final cleaning, only if not already paid and included in the offer, € 30,00, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
During long stays (28 days or more), a security deposit of € 250,00 is required, which is returned at check-out; a final extraordinary cleaning is also mandatory, at an hourly cost of € 10,00.
The extra bed, when possible, has a cost of € 10.00-20.00 per night, depending on the season.
Air conditioning, in the summer option only, can be activated on request, at no extra cost.
The swimming pool is open from June to October.
Other services offered: in the house you will find some basic products and foodstuffs: some of our olive oil and homemade jam, some salt, pepper, sugar, tea and herbal teas, glass bottles, some dishwashing liquid, two pieces of toilet paper and liquid soap. Guests are responsible for restocking.
SPA equipped with a heated mini-pool with hydromassage and counter-current swimming, sauna, steam bath, rowing machine and tea corner. Available all year round, for exclusive use and by reservation only. Rates € 10.00 per person/hour.

SPA description
Heated wellness environment, perfectly set in the natural surroundings of the farmhouse, with the following services:
Mini pool m 4 by 2 with warm water, equipped with hydro-massage and counter-current swimming for training;
Sauna for 2-3 persons;
Steam cabin (nearing completion) for 1-2 persons;
Bathroom with facilities for the disabled, with washbasin, toilet, shower;
Tea corner with everything needed for the preparation of tea and herbal teas;
Fridge bar;
Relaxation area inside with armchairs and outside with outdoor furniture;
