1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.
3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.
4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 11 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

The house was so clean, furniture looked new. House is centrally located so easy to get to the city. Check in process was easy and having a parking spot was very important.

The home was stunning and so updated and clean. Our family was very comfortable in this house . Our host got right back to me when I had any questions!!our daughter got married the 4 th of October so this home was easy to acces to the city and spacious for our family
