About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Unit 308 in Park Place Condos in Gatlinburg TN was better than the pictures! Very cozy, clean 2br, 2ba condo on the river with a balcony. I highly recommend this condo. One of the best Christmases ever. Wish we would've had snow but that's okay.

It was a nice stay overall. The location is perfect! On the river and in town, but on a street that isn't busy. The pool was nice for the hot evenings. I also liked the parking. However, I felt like the condo itself was outdated- which I can look past. What really bothered me was the dirt. The surfaces were clean, but you could literally see the dirt in the carpet. The bedding was not the cleanest either, and I found hair in the shower.
