While in Destin enjoy fine restaurants, shopping, and golfing on some of the best golf courses in the Panhandle of Florida. We had a short stay but we enjoyed it very much! It was our first time down there! It was beautiful each day! And the room was dated but worked out just fine for us!

Very nice quiet area with beautiful beach. Unit was very clean but could use some updating. The complex was very clean and well kept as well as very spacious green space.

The property was fine i requested beachfront an it wasnt. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils an cookware. The property was nice the beach was beautiful it was a nice little walk to the beach which im not use to. I would recommend it

My family and I have stayed at El Matador over 15 years, we found this unit needs repairs and really needs an update. We have stayed on 1st floors and they were in better condition. It was disappointing to have to call for third TV in 2nd bedroom, but a TV was installed on the second day.I have always RECOMMENED other families but will not recommend that UNIT 122
